FHS To Present Chicago


In roaring twenties Chicago, chorine Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband, Amos, to take the rap...until he finds out he's been duped and turns on Roxie. Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another "Merry Murderess," Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and the headlines, ultimately joining forces in search of the "American Dream": fame, fortune, and acquittal.

Franklin High School Drama Club will present three performances of Chicago (High School Edition), Friday & Saturday, April 23 and 24 at 7 p.m, and Sunday, April 25 at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $10/adults; $8/seniors; and $5/students. Seating is limited to 240 per performance due to current health and safety restrictions, and must be purchased online at fhsdrama.booktix.com

All performances will be in Franklin High School's McDade Auditorium, 750 E. 4th St., Franklin. --
