Website Allows Users To Report Voting Issues
"If you see something, Say something." That's a phrase that you have probably heard. If you have been to an airport, you have likely heard it or some version of it. Now, there's a website, www.seesay2020.com, that makes it easier for voters to say something if they see any potential voter suppression issues as they try to vote.
The website allows people to report any problem that they have with voting. Voters are able to distinguish the kind of problem experienced with possible choices including voter check-in, voting, machine, voter intimidation, polling places, access, and more. The disclaimer at the bottom of the page reads in part, "By submitting a report, you acknowledge and agree that Democracy Labs may store your report and contact information (name, phone number, email), and may make your report and contact information accessible to our partner organizations, which include news media outlets and voting rights advocates."
The website allows visitors to see a dashboard of reports, as well as a national map with the reports. There is currently no reports for Warren County.
